Hello, I’m Braden Worrell, a Fractional Creative Director based in Central Florida. Here’s some insight into who I am and how I approach marketing and communications.

 

Throughout my early career in video production, I served as a writer, editor, photographer, cinematographer, drone pilot, project manager, producer, director, and film festival judge—a role I still enjoy a few times a year. I led production teams to create projects ranging from broadcast commercials to documentaries to editorial work. I’ve produced stories for Fortune 500 companies, startups, and non-profits in over 12 countries and 7 languages, and counting.

 

Now, as a Fractional Creative Director, I serve as the bridge between clients and production teams. My specialty is simplifying complex leadership ideas into compelling stories that creatives can bring to life to drive business results. I act as the liaison who translates your business needs into creative, brand-aligned deliverables through a data-driven marketing strategy.

 

What I’m most proud of is becoming a trusted, go-to partner for my clients—a distinction earned over time and backed by proven results. My favorite aspect of the job is strategy development, where we uncover the heart of a project and determine how to execute creative solutions with excellence. Throughout our partnership, I guarantee some 'aha' moments, 'wows,' laughs, and potentially a happy tear or two.
